XMLTranslator

XMLTranslator is a simple tool to translate DLMS Application Protocol Data Units (APDU) specified as strings of hexadecimal characters into XML, and vice versa.

XMLTranslator can also translate non-segmented HDLC frames into XML.

The usage is fairly simple: just type or paste (using ctrl-v)  the xml you want to translate into one of the panes, click-right and select Translate. The resulting APDU will appear in the other pane.

Similarly, type or paste an APDU into one of the pane, click-right and select Translate. The corresponding xml will appear in the other pane.
